DIRECTIONS TO FIND ME :
The parking lot is located on the west/back side of the building, sitting between Starbucks and the tennis courts.
Street parking on the front side of the building is only two-hour parking, so I don’t recommend parking there for longer appointments.
After parking in the lot you’ll walk around to the east/front side of the building.
You’ve made it once you reach the double glass doors between starbucks and Jalapeños.
Brookside is busiest during the middle of the day & on weekends, so I recommend allowing yourself 10-15 extra minutes to find parking during those times.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE :
Text (please don’t call) when you arrive so I can let you inside, as the building is locked by key code.
There is a chance I may still be finishing up with previous client when you arrive.
I will text you back when I’m ready for our appointment and on my way down to the door to let you in.
Feel free to wait inside Starbucks if I’m delayed or I don’t text back right away.

INSPIRATION PHOTOS :
Please come to your appointment with inspiration photos ready for us to look at together. This is essential for an effective consultation. Please have these saved in a photo album or in your camera roll ready to go so that they are quick to access.

PAYMENT :
I accept debit cards, credit cards, tap to pay and cash as payment.
I do not accept checks or any payment apps like Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.
As a small business, CASH IS KING and always very appreciated.
I do not pass my card transaction fees onto customers (I pay them), so cash is incredibly helpful.

BRINGING SOMEONE ALONG?
I work in a very small space and prefer that no one accompany you to your appointment only because of a lack of space for them.
I do understand however that sometimes you need someone to tag along!
If someone must join you I just ask for a heads up so I can plan accordingly. I do not have a waiting area for them to sit at, so whomever you bring along will have to sit at my shampoo bowl while doing your hair.

NEED TO CANCEL?
I ask that if you need to cancel it is done within 24-48 hour notice.
Cancelling & rescheduling can be done through my online booking by clicking the link sent to you via your automated appointment confirmation and reminder. No need to text.
If you are sick, please reschedule so we’re not putting any one else as risk. Im self employed, don’t have PTO, so getting sick really hurts my business.

AMENETIES :
I have a variety of beverages available for you during your appointment like water & soda, as well as snacks like chips, granola popcorn, candy, etc.
There is a Starbucks right downstairs you can mobile order from for coffee or tea. I ask that you give yourself an extra 15-20 min if ordering before your appointment so that you’re not late. At any point during your appointment, I’m happy to run downstairs to pick up your mobile order for you.
Downstairs there is also Jalapeños, Red Door Grill, The Brooksider & a Sushi place.
If you need lunch or dinner during your appointment all of these places can be mobile ordered from. I’ll also be more than happy to go grab your order for you while you process, just let me know!
My studio has high speed fiber internet if you need my wifi to work or get anything done on a device during your appointment. Please just ask to connect while here!

Meet Zoey & Rip!
I bring my two dogs to work with me each day! They are both super chill, friendly, love people, and will cuddle and hang out during your appointment.
If you have allergies or any concerns, please let me know so I can plan accordingly.

Smoking :
My landlord is really firm about no smoking (including vaping) in the building & directly outside the front doors.
If you must smoke, I ask that you please smoke at your car or somewhere in the parking lot behind the building.
